SIGNAL IN — UNTUNED

Most organisations are a little out of tune.

SIGNAL IN — GOOD TONE

We turn the world's knobs until it feels right.

We set these three with every client, together.

01 — A GOOD TONE

A guitarist never turns every knob to maximum. They listen to the room and to the rest of the band, then make small adjustments until the whole sound comes together. We bring that same ear to organisations, and to the way people work and live.

Tuning

We work alongside leaders and inside their teams. We listen first, earn trust through small, practical wins, and widen the circle from there.

04 — THE OVERLOOKED KNOB

Of all the knobs, the one most often ignored is how people feel.

Strategy and technology only work when the people involved understand them and want them to work. That is where we start.

02 / ABOUT

On good tone

good-tone started with something every guitarist knows: the search for the right sound.

01

The room

In a rehearsal room, no one plays alone. The amp, the pedals, the drums, the voice and the room itself all shape what you hear. Turn one knob and everything else sounds different.

02

Balance over maximum

The best tone is rarely the loudest. It comes from many small adjustments, each made while listening to the whole. When it is right, everyone in the room can feel it. We call that いいかんじ.

03

Out of tune

Many organisations today have drifted out of tune. Technology, efficiency and numbers have each been turned up on their own, and the whole no longer sounds like one band.

04

The knob of feeling

The knob we pay most attention to is the one most often ignored: how the people involved feel. Their positions, motives and emotions decide whether a good plan is carried out. Lasting change needs emotional harmony first.

OUR OWN SETTINGS

Our own three dials

With clients, we set these together. These are the ones we set for ourselves.

A world where organisations sound like one band.

To tune organisations from the inside, starting with the people in them.

Listen before turning. Small turns, often. The whole over any single part.

03 / CONSULTING

We are tuners

We are not a typical consulting firm. We use digital tools and new technology when they help, but our approach always starts with people. We don't promise to fix everything. We focus on making an organisation feel right.

PROCESS

How we tune

STEP 01
Listen

We begin with long, honest conversations with your key counterparts, and set the vision together.

STEP 02
Get inside

We work inside the organisation, close to the people and the real work. We build trust and create small wins, often through practical digital changes.

STEP 03
Widen the circle

With that trust and those results, more people choose to take part. The change spreads from within.

OUTCOME

What stays after we leave

01Decisions people actually stand behind.
02Tools that are used every day, not just introduced.
03A team that knows how to keep tuning on its own.

Every tuning starts with a conversation.

Reminders

Our clothing and accessories are not merchandise. Each one is a reminder of the way of thinking behind good-tone.

01 — FOR OURSELVES FIRST

In the middle of a busy week it is easy to lose sight of what matters. We make these to keep the idea close, every day.

02 — FOR THOSE WHO SHARE IT

For people who care about the same things, they can be a quiet guide, chosen and worn on their own terms.
